The new Restaurant I Castelli, now located on the hotel terrace 20 meters above the ground, offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine elaborated with a modern twist.

In the fall season, all the typical dishes, are made with strictly white Alba truffles (read the menu). The wine list, will reserve you authentic surprises.

The restaurant is located on the panoramic terrace where you can also organize aperitifs, events, and experience magical moments under the stars.

A business lunch, or even a simple stop along the Langhe and Roero itinerary, is certainly worth a stop at “I Castelli” Restaurant to merit the finest tastings of local cuisine.

We also have the ability to arrange buffet lunches and business lunches while holding meetings.

A unique space, with an incredible view, where you can savor the excellence of theculinary art of the Langhe and taste the wines most prestigious that have made Piedmont famous throughout the world.

The design studio Archicura has built a cube of glass and natural materials to offer you a unique sensory experience. The wooden panels that descend from the ceiling, will refer you to the movement of the rows in the vineyards, in a soft and sinuous game that will put you in touch with the nature that surrounds you.

By day, you can see the hills and towers; by night, the illuminated Langhe.
